When our client began developing what would become its new $50mil+ facility in Chicago, our partners knew the venue needed more than just a great artistic vision. It also needed a technology foundation built for an innovative future and fresh experience for guests. SAGIN worked with the client to design AND implement a fully modernized network infrastructure that supports ticketing, production, administration, guest WiFi, security and back-of-house operations with a complex buildout.
Many organizations underestimate how quickly technology ages. As internet speeds increase and digital demands grow, we are seeing older legacy hardware failing at higher rates and struggling to support today’s bandwidth. The result can lead to poor guest WiFi experiences, operational slowdowns, and unnecessary downtime during the most critical moments.

Working closely with the client’s leadership and construction teams, SAGIN has helped optimize and design network coverage throughout the building, ensuring reliability, scalability, and performance. Our goal is not simply to “fix IT,” but to create a technology environment that strengthens and blends seamlessly into operations, enhances the overall experience, and positions the organization for long-term growth.
We proudly serve our community theaters, museums, nonprofits, and hospitality institutions not just as a technology vendor, but as a proactive partner embedded in their operational success. Having recently presented at the American Alliance of Museums conference, our focus remains clear: institutions that treat technology as strategic infrastructure rather than a reactionary expense are the ones best positioned to thrive.
