In this era of rolling back diversity programs and DEI, we have always embraced the values of diversity because they are at the core of how we treat each other and deliver our services. In a Gartner study, it was shown that gender diverse and inclusive teams tend to outperform those that are gender homogenous by as much as 50%.  McKinsey research has shown companies in the top quartile for both gender and ethnic diversity on their boards are more likely to outperform financially than their competitors.  Their research further shows that companies with diverse boards and executive leadership earn more in profits, than companies in the top 25 percent.
